By a million pinks
A few weekdays ago I woke up with breakfast on my mind (It’s my favourite meal of the day). However as I’m on this journey to self-improvement (hyperlink to first post), I had to figure out something that was vaguely healthy but really filling. I decided on ‘Anytime Eggs’, a delicious egg dish that I’ve actually only made once or twice before. I used a slightly modified version of this Helmsley & Helmsley recipe ( I added sausages). There’s nothing like a great breakfast to start your day!
